Colour     transparent to light yellow, clear to light cloudy

    Technomelt Q 8322 / Euromelt 322 is a hotmelt with good bonding properties to

    various materials. The adhesion to paper is reduced therefore Technomelt Q

    8322/Euromelt 322 is especially suitable for attachment of samples into

    magazines and for pallet securing.

    Remark: Especially bondings made with Technomelt Q 8322 / Euromelt 322 may

    show staining in the glued area due to the migration of residual mineral oils of the

    offset printing particularly if stored at high temperatures.

Processing    Technomelt Q 8322 / Euromelt 322 has good flowing properties provided the

    working temperature is exactly kept.

    The hotmelt possesses a heat stability suitable for permanent use. To avoid longer

    strain on temperature fill only the quantity into the applicator which can be used

    within 1 day.

    Minor colour resp. transparency deviations may occur and are production bound

    and do not effect the product quality.

Cleaning    For cleaning of adhesive containers and application systems we recommend the

    use of our cleaning agent V 1940. During use please consider safety instructions.

    For the cold cleaning of surface soilings on application equipment, con-veyor belts

    or other machine parts Melt-O-Clean can be applied. Mel-O-Clean is based on

    natural resources and supplies the manual cleaning also in case of strong

    carbonisations. Before using Melt-O-Clean its suitability for lacquered or synthetic

    coated surfaces should be tested.

Storage conditions/

Shelf life    In closed original packaging and under normal, dry storage conditions, for at least

    1 year from date of production without negative impact on quality.
